Two (2) - $750 scholarship for a currently enrolled College/University Junior, Senior or Graduate student; Supply Chain Professionals seeking Professional Certification in Supply Chain Management

Essay Requirements:
The role of supply chain professionals has evolved from a transactional role to a strategic business leader who must be adept at both data science and soft skills like negotiation, change management, and cross-functional communication. Identify three distinct skills that you believe will be most critical for a successful supply chain leader over the next decade. Note you must choose one quantitative/hard skill, one soft skill, and one technological skill. Explain why this specific combination is necessary for navigating modern supply chain complexity. Finally, describe the practical steps you are taking during your degree to cultivate this specific blend of skills.
