Phoebe Kenney
Phoebe has over 20 years of experience in Global Supply Chain Management. She is a Supply Chain subject matter expert that is well-versed in end-to-end supply chain management, strategy and operations. She is the Founder of KENCO Supply Chain Solutions LLC (consulting) as well as KENCO Technical Assistance & Training Solutions Inc.

Keli Singleton
Keli has 24+ years of Federal Government service working for the Department of the Treasury. In 2015, Keli founded the non-profit organization, St. Louis HBCU Alumni Association, to promote the HBCU Legacy as well as to assist youth obtain scholarships to attend college. She is passionate about serving the community and a member of the St. Louis Metropolitan Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated.

Shana Rice
Prior to pivoting into a new career in Supply Chain in 2022, Shana worked 12 years for the largest, and most successful international travel & lodging corporation. She has dedicated her career to building strong client relationships which has attributed to her successful record of repeat business. Her diverse portfolio includes experience in supply chain, operational management and training -- perfect for her new career path!

Belinda Kenney
Belinda has over 45 years of experience in project management, finance and budget management as well as reporting. Additionally, throughout her career, Belinda has developed, managed and provided training on financial tracking tools for procurement of consulting services for a Fortune 500 private sector organization.

Shelita Winfield-Duke
Shelita has over 20 years of experience as a Director of People Operations, building a remarkable career designing people-centered strategies that fuel performance, strengthen culture, and drive sustainable growth. Shelita champions inclusive leadership and equity-centered engagement, creating workplaces where both people and organizations thrive.
